For over three generations...
It's founder, Josep Vallès Rovira, began making cava in the early 20th Century. The second generation, Rosa Vallès and Joan Cardona, brought in major and fundamental technological innovations with improvements to the vineyards of 140 hectares. The family’s company commitment to efficiency and nature was already in evidence. For the present moment Ma Rosa and Josep Cardona are the third generation of cavamakers and continue to be passionate about native grape varieties and preserving the identity and personality of each product
