Organoleptic characteristics: The color is straw yellow brilliant. Very small, persistent and abundant bubbles with regular release. Good crown and fine pearling. Aromas of fruits and floral notes, reminiscent of fresh apples and almond blossom. Very balanced on the palate with a rounded intense flavour, moderate acidity and good persistence. Well structured, dry, flavoursome and smooth, with a long and elegant aftertaste. Broad, powerful and complex finish on the nose
Food pairing: Its marked personality makes it suitable for a wide gastronomic range, even as a refreshing counterpoint to complex meat and game dishes. Perfect with fatty fish, pates and stewed or roasted white meats
