Organoleptic characteristics: Color is bright yellow straw. Abundant bubble of small size, with vertical and regular detachment, form good crown. Subtle and complex aromas of breeding on lees. Dry and tasty with an elegant step of mouth thanks to an achieved harmony. Good persistence and wide retronasal way with well harmonized fruit tones
Food paring: this cava was initially elaborated for the realization of cocktails like Old Leather, Autumn Bellini, Kir Royal, etc. By its coupage and practically nonexistent sugar, but can also be served on the tables of those who prefer a good brut to accompany white fish, appetizers and fatty cheeses
